SE Achieves a Perfect 100% Score in the 2026 AGM Checklist Assessment
SiamEast Solutions Public Company Limited (SE) achieved a perfect score of 100% in the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) Checklist Assessment, conducted by the Thai Investors Association (TIA) under the mandate of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
In 2026, the Thai Investors Association conducted the AGM Checklist assessment for the 21st consecutive year, with 832 listed companies participating. The assessment evaluates the quality of Annual General Meetings in key areas, including information disclosure, shareholders’ rights, and equitable treatment of shareholders.
The result reflects SE’s continued efforts to conduct its shareholders’ meetings efficiently and transparently, while ensuring that shareholders have appropriate access to information and opportunities to participate in the meeting.
