SE Delivers 2025 Results Revenue: THB 562.15M Net Profit: THB 40.24M | Dividend Continues
SiamEast Solutions Public Company Limited (“SE”) announced its operating results for the year 2025, reporting total revenue of THB 562.15 million and a net profit of THB 40.24 million, according to the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2025.
On 26 February 2026, the Board of Directors resolved to propose to the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders the approval of an allocation of THB 1,396,944.46 to the statutory reserve, representing 5.26% of the net profit. The Board also proposed a cash dividend payment at the rate of THB 0.026493 per share, totaling not exceeding THB 18,000,677.67, to be paid from retained earnings.
The Company has scheduled the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 29 April 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in a physical meeting format at MR 211 Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC), Bangna, Bangkok.
