Duties and Responsibilities
1. Communicate with target groups, represent the company in communicating with all target groups of the company
2. Act as a medium to listen to opinions and suggestions from people involved with the company and present them to the executives and the board of directors, contact various media to maintain relationships, including approaching analysts of each broker to write news
3. Participate in the strategy-setting process, participate in meetings that consider policy-setting, business vision, and the company’s performance
4. Report publicly disclosed information and important capital market information to senior executives, and prepare, advise, collect, and store all the company’s information that has been released to the public, including information from meetings with analysts, for the person acting as the company’s “spokesperson” (Spokesperson)
5. Take care of investors, analyze investor information on how investors behave, why they are interested in the company, help organize activities, and contact people to get to know the company better
