SE Reports Half-Year 2024 Performance with a 27.11% Revenue Increase in the Technology and Pump Systems Business

The Technology and Pump Systems business segment saw a significant revenue increase of 27.11% compared to the same period last year, and the total backlog across all business segments amounted to 173.35 million baht. For the first half of 2024, ending June 30, 2024, the company reported revenue from sales and services totaling 255.64 million baht, a decrease of 11.91% year-on-year (YoY). In Q2 2024, the revenue from sales and services was 130.84 million baht, down 15.80% YoY. This decline is attributed to the overall slowdown in the Thai economy and signs of reduced demand in the industrial market, which has led clients to cut back on production and investment.

Looking ahead to the second half of 2024, SE plans to focus on selling products with high gross margins to improve profitability. The company will continue to seek new products and services that add value and help reduce long-term costs for customers. It is expected that there will be additional orders during the latter half of the year, as it is a period for machinery and system maintenance within factories. Additionally, SE remains committed to refining its policies to align with ESG principles, aiming to make sustainable growth a core strategy for the company.
