Characteristics of Molecular Sieve:
Molecular Sieve is a synthetic zeolite engineered to emphasize the adsorption capabilities of natural zeolitic materials:
1. Adsorbs only substances with molecular sizes small enough to pass through its pore size.
2. Exhibits high adsorption affinity for polar substances.
3. Effectively adsorbs unsaturated compounds.
4. Maintains high adsorption capacity even with low concentrations of the adsorbed substance.
5. Demonstrates high adsorption capacity at slightly elevated temperatures.
6. Adsorbs effectively even with very low moisture content.
7. Can adsorb without reacting with components of the liquid mixture.
8. Capable of adsorbing and operating economically within a single charge.
9. Features long service life, resistance to adsorption, and helps reduce costs for adsorption process equipment.
