Notification of the final offering price (Final Price) for the allocation of additional common shares. Capital to be offered for sale to the public all over Going for the first time (IPO) of Utility Business Alliance Public Company Limited.

As SiamEast Solutions Public Company Limited (the “Company” or “SE”) has informed the progress of the issuance and offering of additional common shares to the public. Initial IPO (IPO) of Utility Business Alliance Public Company Limited (“UBA”), an associated company of the Company. It has been coming for a while now.
The company We would like to inform you that the securities offering registration form and draft prospectus of UBA have been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. It came into effect on 22 November 2022 and UBA has set the final offering price (Final Price) at 1.7 baht per share.

The company would like to inform you of information regarding the subscription of additional ordinary shares. UBA’s scholarships are summarized as follows.

1) For shareholders of SE, only those who have rights to receive allocation of shares (Pre-emptive Rights), can subscribe to new ordinary shares of UBA between 23 and 25 November 2022 (time 09.00 – 3:30 p.m. (3 business days in total) with details as specified in the distribution details and procedures for subscribing to UBA’s additional shares for SE shareholders, only those with rights. Receive allocation of shares that will be sent to shareholders next

2) For various groups of investors, you can subscribe to additional common shares of UBA between 28 and 30 November 2022 (9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) (3 business days in total).
