TOMOE(MOLECULAR)

Molecular Sieve
Molecular Sieve

Molecular Sieve(Synthetic Zeolite)
SiamEast Solutions Public Company Limited in collaboration with TOMOE ENGINEERING CO., LTD. in JAPAN brings Molecular Sieve to domestic market of Thailand.
TOMOE has marketed Molecular Sieve supplied from Union Carbide as its exclusive Japanese Distributor since 1960. TOMOE has engaged in participating in designing all driers for gas and petroleum refining plants established in Japan in the 1970’s. Currently as well, TOMOE is involved in various applications using Molecular Sieves. TOMOE boast of the longest history of handling Molecular Sieve in Japan.
SiamEast Solutions Public Company Limited can supply Japanese Molecular Sieve boasting 70% market share in the Japanese petro-chemical plants, and can supply alternative economical Molecular Sieve of high grade.
SiamEast Solutions Public Company Limited can provide various methods of utilizing Molecular Sieve and its applications, designs, etc. We also can supply in the form of equipment, as well.

Characteristics
Molecular Sieve is a synthetic zeolite invented by focusing on the unique adsorption capability of natural zeolite.
(1)Adsorbs only materials having molecular diameter size that would pass through common size pores.
(2)Adsorbs in priority polar materials such as water.
(3)Adsorbs in priority non-saturability material.
(4)Would have high adsorption capacity in the case the adsorbing material is of low concentration (partial pressure).
(5)Has high adsorption capacity even at relatively high temperature.
(6)Adsorbs up to a very low water concentration.
(7)Could adsorb without changing liquid composition.
(8)Could adsorb and refine during a simultaneous single stage.
(9)Life is long as an adsorption agent and could contribute to bringing down cost for adsorption process equipment.
(10)A desiccant bringing low running cost.
